AEF Schools - Our Schools
Jacob took the College Placement Test (accuplacer test) today at FAU in Davie and passed!
Just another example of the first class, quality academic education Jacob is getting at your school. Thank you for all you do every day to provide him with such a fine education!

Hello, This is Jake V.
I had the sudden urge to write this email to thank you all for the help and support you gave to me in the past. I am currently enrolled at Florida Gulf Coast University as a double major in Psychology and Biology and I most certainly have intentions of attending medical school. I was elected pledge class president for the beta class of the Kappa Sigma fraternity, and am currently involved with many extracurricular activities.
I feel that the support I received helped to shape me as a person when I left for high school and even as I carry myself forward today.
I hope you get time to respond and give my best to all the students and make sure they all know that whatever they want to do they can all go far. I have learned that in life you only have to believe in yourself and you can accomplish anything with enough ingenuity and determination.
I would like to wish you a safe and happy new year.
And, once again thank you for everything.
Love thyself or Lose thyself

The phone would ring and the Caller ID would read Palm Beach County School Board. My first thought was, what did he do now? It was a full-time job just keeping my son functioning in a school setting. I had heard about AEF and finally got up the courage to call and speak to someone at the school. This was, with no exaggeration, a life-saving move. My son spent all of middle school and all of high school at AEF. Today, he is majoring in psychology at FAU Honor’s College and is completing his college internship at AEF, with a projected college graduation date of May 2013. We look back today and believe from the bottom of our hearts that without the intervention of Kentwood’s/AEF’s program and hard work of everyone at Kentwood/AEF, our son’s success in life and life skills would not be a reality today.
